What are the delivery costs?
It is a flat rate of £5.25 per order
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after they have been placed but please allow 3 to 5 days, however it could reach you much faster than this.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for bespoke or embroidered products, but as mentioned above, the postie could be visiting you long before this!
What happens if I want to return or exchange an item?
We like our customers to be happy with their purchase and if they’re not we’d like to know about it! We pride ourselves on top notch customer service – if there is any problem at all feel free to contact us.
If a refund or exchange is required, items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in an immaculate, un-used condition, with original tags in place.
The customer is responsible for the return P & P costs.

Please note, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will need to have the item returned to us for it to be assessed, to ascertain whether this is due to a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items that become damaged due to improper use (for instance products being chewed).
If there is a problem with my order what do I do?
We don’t anticipate any problems, however if you’d like to discuss something with us please contact us and we’ll do our best to help
What are the benefits of a 6 loop Grippy over the 5 loop?
6 loop Grippy’s are longer by 8” (20cm) so they allow your dog extra room for roaming!
This is preferred by some who perhaps don’t let their dog off-lead very much.
Please note – the handle counts as one of the loops so a 6 loop Grippy includes the handle and 5 loops below.
Are Grippy leads washable?
Yes! They wash well so you can always go out looking super smart.
We do however advise spraying the clip with WD-40 (or similar) after immersion in water to keep it in good working order.
What are Grippy products made of?
We use cushioned webbing – comfortable for both you and your furry friend
I’d like a shorter, longer, double ended Grippy lead or coupler lead, can you help?
